Clients under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian to accompany them for salon services. 

You will need to have the patient/client form filled out before your schedule appointment. The sooner you get it turned in the more prepared I will be before you arrive. 

I do not provide one size fits all services. Every client is serviced according to your own personal needs.

Initial appointments will be longer than normal for new patients/clients. This may cost more than the normal rate.
