I promote self-awareness in physical, mental and emotional health by way of salon and massage services. To contribute to the success of my patients/clients I also practice self-awareness care at home by reading, making time for family and friends and personal time.
For the last 20+ years I have focused in on the importance of personalized self-care.
Even though I am a licensed beauty specialist, I lightly look into the medical side of the beauty profession to contribute to a full personable wellness routine that can give my patients/clients that full self-awareness care.
